Sweden — In May 2023, AMF and AP7 agreed to co-own the city district Urban Escape, which includes Gallerian. The deal, which was then classified as the largest real estate deal of the year, was the start of a strategic partnership with the aim of creating even more value for Sweden's pension savers. Now, the collaboration is further strengthened with AP7 exercising its option to acquire an additional 16.6 percent of the shares in the company.
