Finland — Lujatalo and Premico have signed an agreement in which Premico’s third housing fund acquires a residential apartment building built by Lujatalo in Espoo’s Holmanpuisto area.

Finland — Veritas Pension Insurance and Espoon Asunnot develop seven residential buildings, comprising a total of 195 rental apartments in the Niittykumpu district in Espoo. The main contractor of the project is Lujatalo Oy.

Finland — Premico Vuokra-asunnot Oy and Lujatalo have signed an agreement to build 96 rental apartments in the Kivistö area of Vantaa.
