Veritas Pension Insurance and Espoon Asunnot develop seven residential buildings, comprising a total of 195 rental apartments in the Niittykumpu district in Espoo. The main contractor of the project is Lujatalo Oy.
Veritas develops four residential buildings that comprise 119 rental apartments in the vicinity of the Niittykumpu metro station. In addition, Lujatalo builds 76 rental apartments in the same area for Espoon Asunnot that is a rental apartment company of the City of Espoo. The total investment value of the projects is approx. EUR 41 million.
The construction will begin in June-July 2020, and the project is due for completion in late 2022.
