Sweden — JM has acquired building rights from Fabege for the development of approximately 450 residential units located in Huvudsta, Solna. The property value in the acquisition amounts to MSEK 484, including a paid development contribution. Occupancy and payment will take place during the second quarter of 2023.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Vasakronan for approximately 360 residential units in Järvastaden, Solna, which is located north of Stockholm. The transaction is worth SEK 364 million, and occupancy and payment will take place in Q1 2021. JM has been active in Järvastaden since 2006 and will continue developing the area through the acquisition.
