The property is being acquired for an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.3 billion (EUR 136M). By means of the acquisition, Atrium Ljungberg is doubling its property portfolio in Gothenburg.

Atrium Ljungberg Expands in Stockholm

Sweden Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to acquire the property Tranbodarne 13 on Södermalm in Stockholm. The property, of approximately 3,300 sqm, is being acquired for an underlying property value of MSEK 252 (EUR 26.4M) and will be a complement to the company’s already existing holdings by Slussen.
