Monica Fallenius has long experience from leading positions in the real estate industry and most recently came from Atrium Ljungberg, where she was Business Area Manager for Transaction and Leasing. Prior to that, she was Property Manager for Sweden on Hemsö. Monica Fallenius has also worked at GE Capital Real Estate, Jernhusen, Fabege and Drott.

Svenska Handelsfastigheter creates, develops and manages strong trading venues in close collaboration with leading retailers and with a special focus on external trading locations. During the past five years, the company's property portfolio has grown from SEK 3 billion to SEK 9.5 billion with a project portfolio of an additional approximately SEK 1 billion. With this growth, there is a need to strengthen the organization within the real estate and project operations, which is now happening through this recruitment.
