Denmark — NCC has been commissioned by a joint venture between Catella, Nordkranen and DWS to construct approximately 440 rental units in Herlev near Copenhagen. The order value of the construction contract is approximately SEK 840 million. The units will be constructed on land where NCC previously conducted asphalt operations.

Denmark — NCC has secured an order worth more than SEK 1.5 billion to build 233 housing units and a parking garage on Kronløbsøen, a new island at Copenhagen Nordhavn. The parties behind the project, which comprises a total floor area of 63,600 square meters, are By & Havn, Pension Danmark and Nordkranen.
