Sweden — Index Investment Group has signed a ten-year lease to build 6,500 square meters of industrial premises and offices for Rolling Frito-Lay Sales, a division within PepsiCo. The establishment takes place on the Index industrial campus "New Venture Gear Industrial Campus", just outside Syracuse in New York.
