New Venture Gear Industrial Campus is a large-scale industrial facility with manufacturing, distribution and logistics operations on just over 44 hectares of land with approximately 158,000 square meters of lettable area. The property has access to railroad tracks, more than 30 loading docks, its own water treatment plant and transformer station that provide lower electricity costs than what is offered on the market, as well as direct access to New York's I-90 and other major freeways, minutes from Syracuse, New York.
