Finland — Bonava is selling 75 rental apartments in Turku to the investor EQ. The housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the second quarter of 2024.

Finland — Bonava is selling 123 rental apartments in Espoo to the investor Icecapital Housing Fund VI Ky. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2024.

Finland — Riku Patokoski has been appointed the new Business Unit President of Bonava Finland and member of Bonava’s Executive Management and will take office not later than 1 June 2021.
