Sweden — SKB's block Lysosomen in Hagastaden (Stockholm) is now growing in height and the 128 cooperative residential units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2023.

Sweden — The final decision that SKB buys 42 of its 94 leaseholds in the City of Stockholm has now been taken by the City Council. The purchase means that SKB gets a better balance between the owned and leased land. The total transaction amounts to SEK 1.1 billion.
