Work on the Lysosomen district in Hagastaden began in the autumn of 2019, but it is this year that construction above ground has begun after a break when the city carried out the work in the area. Floor is added to the floor of the houses, which will be characterized by powdery pink, red and gray pastels, muted tones and beautiful details. The height varies from six to twelve floors and the houses get courtyard discounts, common room and sauna, with apartments from two to six rooms and kitchen. In total, there will be 128 cooperative tenancies, which are expected to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2023.
Occupancy in SKB's first block in Uppsala will take place in stages during the autumn of 2021. The first tenants will move in as early as mid-August. The ten-storey building recovers and circulates energy from wastewater, has solar cells on the roof and bees into insect hotels on the farm. Together with the neighboring house, an almost closed courtyard is formed. The Docenten district with 122 apartments has a robust and timeless shape, as an expression of SKB's perpetual administration.
In Nockeby in Bromma, the construction of the SKB district Skrönan has come a long way. It consists of six apartment buildings with a total of 114 apartments and a farmhouse. The houses have five floors, where the top is recessed. Gustav III's road is extended along Drottningholmsvägen to reach the new houses. The move is estimated for April 2022.
