Corem has signed an agreement for the sale of part of the property Skruven 3 in Borås at an underlying property value of SEK 320 million (EUR 27 million). The buyer is Järngrinden.

 

The part of the property that is being sold consists mainly of retail space with a rentable area of ​​approximately 19,000 square meters and a rental value of approximately SEK 23.5 million (EUR 2 million).

 

The property, located in Ramnaslätt’s industrial area next to national highway 40, was developed by Corem in 2018 and offers a trading place for craftsmen and professionals. The largest tenants are Hornbach, Bevego and Snabbgross.

Planned transfer of possession is on 27 November 2024 and the sale is conditional on subdivision of land.
