Sweden — Järngrinden AB and Ekebeck AB sell the property Ärilen 1 on Holmagärde in Varberg, to a fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers Nordic. The property includes a 30,265 square meter logistics building that is currently under construction and will house Apotea's new logistics center.
