Finland — SRV and University Properties of Finland Ltd have signed a project management contract for the new Research Hub building to be constructed in the Hervanta campus area of the University of Tampere, at the current Sähkötalo, and for the renovation projects of the linked parts of the building. The total value of the contract for SRV is approximately EUR 47 million. The order will be recognised in SRV’s order backlog in May.

Finland — SRV to build 128 residential units for Varma in Niittykumpu, Espoo.

Finland — SRV and Metsä Wood have signed an agreement for the construction of a Kerto LVL mill in Äänekoski. The project will be carried out as a cooperative project management contract, with SRV’s contract valued at approximately EUR 86 million.

Finland — Union Investment has acquired a planned timber-framed office building in Helsinki from leading Finnish construction company SRV via a forward funding deal. It is one of the first projects in Finland to be aligned with the EU taxonomy. The acquisition is being made on behalf of institutional real estate fund UniInstitutional European Real Estate. The purchase price is around EUR 58 million.
