Lokka has most recently served as a founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Realidea Oy, a consulting company focusing on project and property development and the management of the design and implementation phases of construction projects, among others. Prior to this, he has worked for example as the CEO and partner of the construction company Jatke Oy and at YIT Plc in various management positions, such as project development director of CSF business area.
