Klövern Signs a 20-year Lease with Scandic Hotels for New Örebro Hotel
Klövern has signed a lease contract with Scandic Hotels encompassing approximately 5,800 sqm in a planned new modernistic building in Örebro. The hotel will have around 160 rooms. The tenant is expected to move in in November 2021.
Scandic to Open Central Helsinki’s Largest Conference Hotel
Scandic has signed a lease agreement for a new meeting and conference hotel in Helsinki. The hotel, Scandic Avenue, will have 350 rooms and will be located near the Old Church Park in the heart of the city. It is scheduled to open in 2022.

Obos Eiendom sells Ørnen Eiendom to Oslo Pensjonsforsikring for MNOK 800 (EUR 83M). Ørnen Eiendom owns Lars Hillesgate 18 in Bergen, home to a 19,000 sqm hotel.
Scandic to Divest Hotel in Lahti
Scandic has signed an agreement to divest the hotel operations of Scandic Lahti to Greenstar Hotel Oy. The buyer will take over the operations of the hotel, which has 139 rooms, on August 1, 2019.

Skanska develops and builds a new hotel in central Kiruna, Sweden, with Scandic hotels as operator. The hotel is sold for MSEK 500 (EUR 49M) to LKAB that will take over the building at the completion in the autumn 2021.

Pandox Divests Hotel in Kiruna
Pandox has entered into an agreement to divest the hotel property Hovmästaren 1 (Scandic Ferrum) in Kiruna for EUR 28M. The buyer is the state-owned mining company LKAB and the date of transfer is planned to December 1st 2018.
