Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with Sisab, Skolfastigheter i Stockholm AB, for an upper-secondary school in Slakthusområdet. The school, which is planned to open ahead of the start of the school year in 2026, will house some 800 students and comprise just over 6,000 square metres of letting area.
