Denmark — Peter Gill has been appointed Head of Capman Real Estate Denmark and promoted to Partner.

Denmark — Capman appoints an Investment Director in Denmark to strengthen its Real Estate transaction and project management capabilities. Capman strengthens its Nordic Real Estate team by appointing Robert Feldt as Investment Director starting from March 2019. He will work from Capman’s Copenhagen office and will reinforce the real estate transaction capabilities of the team in Denmark.

Denmark — CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund has acquired the mixed-use property “Kobmagergade 25” in central Copenhagen. The property is located on the high-street Kobmagergade, which is a side street to the famous pedestrian shopping street Stroget and close to the Illum department store.

Denmark — The Capman Nordic Real Estate fund has acquired the office building Finsensvej 86 located in Flintholm, an established and growing office area in the county of Frederiksberg in Copenhagen.
