Finsensvej 86 has a prominent corner location in the proximity of Flintholm station with excellent connections to the centre of Copenhagen. The 5,474 sqm building has six floors containing a variety of office suits suitable for multiple purposes. The property is currently 100% leased, the city of Frederiksberg occupying the majority of the space.
“After having made several investments in the residential and retail sectors in Denmark, we are delighted to add a well located office property to our portfolio. The Flintholm office area is experiencing growth and many large corporates have moved there recently,” comments Torsten Bjerregaard, Senior Partner at Capman Real Estate.
The transaction was done in partnership with Keystone Investment Management.
The focus of the Capman Nordic Real Estate fund is to acquire office, retail and residential properties located in established submarkets of major Nordic cities. The fund has made ten investments of which five are located in Denmark.
These include the recently announced investment in the development of the shopping centre Broen in Esbjerg, nine properties on Amagerbrogade in Copenhagen, the development of new apartments in Nordhavnen, Copenhagen and two prime residential properties in central Copenhagen where the residential market is experiencing high demand.
