Sweden — Ulrica Sjöswärd has been recruited to Vectura Fastigheter and the role of Vice President Asset Management. She is thus responsible for the management of the entire stock within both Vectura and Steptura. Ulrica Sjöswärd also becomes part of the managment team.

Sweden — Kungsleden is extending its customer relationship with online retailer Nelly in Borås through a five-year lease contract in the Spindeln 12 property in Borås. The lease contract comprises approximately 3,600 sqm of offices and studio premises. Nelly’s premises will also be modernised.

Sweden — During the summer, Kungsleden has leased more than half of one of its most exciting new construction projects: Eden by Kungsleden, an office building on Hyllie Boulevard in Malmö.
