During the year 2024, Vectura will complete several of its properties with some of Sweden's most innovative international companies as tenants. Now the organization is being strengthened through the recruitment of Ulrica Sjöswärd, who shoulders responsibility for the management of Goco Health Innovation in Mölndal, Näst Innovation Destination Torslanda which is jointly owned via Steptura with Balder and Next Step Group and Vectura's own properties such as Forskaren in Stockholm, The Loop in Lund, as well as Permobil's new headquarters in Sundsvall.

Ulrica Sjöswärd has 25 years of experience in leading positions in the property industry and comes most recently from Castellum, where she was head of product and customer offering.
