Sweden — Vectura Fastigheter, owned by Investor, has recruited Anna-Karin Hag to the position of CFO. Anna-Karin Hag has over 25 years of experience in the property industry and comes most recently from a similar role at Corem Property Group.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Vectura Properties to construct a building for office and research in Lund, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 650 million (approximately EUR 56 million).

Sweden — NREP has announced that its NREP NSF V Fund has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 22 properties for approximately EUR 420 million across Sweden, for management by its social infrastructure platform Altura. The portfolio was acquired from Vectura and is comprised of 20 care homes and two pre-schools, and the deal represents Sweden’s largest ever transaction in this asset class.

Sweden — Skanska divests the office building The Loop in Lund, Sweden, for about SEK 570M. The buyer is Vectura.

Sweden — Vectura acquires Hamnpulsen, with a well-established center for primary care, health and service in Gustavsberg in Värmdö municipality. The seller is Greenvard.

Sweden — Patricia Industries, a part of Investor AB, and its subsidiary Vectura, have agreed to divest Grand Group and the Grand Hôtel property, respectively, to FAM AB. The transaction includes the hotel operations Grand Hôtel, Lydmar Hotel and The Sparrow Hotel, all located in Stockholm, as well as the Grand Hôtel property.

Sweden — Stockholms stad proposes land allocation to Vectura, which concerns the neighborhood Forskaren in central Hagastaden, Stockholm. The land allocation gives Vectura the opportunity to build a building that contributes to a world-class research and innovation cluster, as well as a place where Stockholm's knowledge exchange is in focus.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the property Sjösättningen 1 in Malmö for EUR 28M. The building containing a pre-school and a retirement home has been developed by Skanska Sweden.

Sweden — Vectura and Next Step are building a new arena for Life Science and Innovation in collaboration with Astra Zeneca. The venture is estimated at approximately EUR 365M.
