Sweden — Klövern has sold four properties in Lund and 11 properties in Ystad, and has at the same time acquired a site leasehold in Kista.

Nordic — Heimstaden has signed an agreement to acquire 13 properties in Ystad owned by Brogripen. The company has also purchased five properties in Copenhagen.
