With this acquisition our stock in Ystad consists of 1,204 apartments and we have started with the establishment of a full-scale management unit, which will increase our local presence and provide a better service,” says Fredrik Arman, Senior Investment Manager at Heimstaden.
The transaction value of the deal amounts to MSEK 735 (EUR 75M) and the planned admission is March 31st, 2017. The transaction is carried out as a company transaction.
