Denmark — LB Forsikring has sold a portfolio of six Copenhagen domicile buildings as part of the company’s relocation to new headquarters at Amerika Plads. The buyer is Jeudan, in one of the biggest property transactions in the Copenhagen K district for years.

Nordic — Heimstaden has signed an agreement to acquire 13 properties in Ystad owned by Brogripen. The company has also purchased five properties in Copenhagen.
