The formal sales object was the shares in Bjørnfjess AS owned by Harstad Eiendomsinvest, that in turn is owned by approximately 50 different local shareholders. DNB Næringsmegling’s Trondheim office has the divestment assignment.
The property has now been sold to an Eastern country based fund.
“We experience an increased interest in properties located in smaller cities, provided that the properties are fully leased on long lease contracts,” says Martin Udbye, who works with sales and leasing at DNB Næringsmegling.
The property is leased to the Midtre Hålogaland police. The total leasable area is 5,527 square meters and the lease expires in late 2024.
