Skanska Constructs Commercial Property in Norway

Norway — Skanska har signed a contract with Harald Kværner Eiendom AS to construct a commercial property and a parking garage in Jessheim, Norway. The contract value is €36,4M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska Norway for the second quarter of 2015.<br />

The new six-storey building will consist of office space, retail stores and a parking garage.

The total area will about 50,000 square meters.

The project will start in May 2015 and be completed in March 2017.
