In January 2015 Sweco moved their regional office to the environmentally rated office building and has signed a ten year lease regarding the entire property. Ahead of the move a reconstruction was done to customise the facilities to support Sweco’s business.

The property is the first in Europe to have received Leed certification on Platinum level for existing buildings and Österport won Sweden Green Building Award in the category for existing buildings in 2012. The building is also environmentally certified according to EU Green Building and won Scandinavian Green Roof Association's first prize in 2011 for its roof gardens.
