NREP Nordic Retail 2 has sold a 30.000 sqm retail asset located in Hämeenlinna, Finland to EQ Liikekiinteistöt, a Finnish real estate fund.

The sale is the first exit for the NREP Nordic Retail 2 fund and amounts to €48 M, delivering returns significantly exceeding the target return of the NREP Nordic Retail 2 fund.

After the exit, NREP Nordic Retail 2 holds a portfolio worth approximately €300 M of necessity driven retail properties in Sweden and Denmark.
