The new Pareto Company Bonäsudden Fastighets AB purchases a property portfolio with rental units and public tenants in Linköping. The seller Isidorum Holding AB now divests their entire Linköping portfolio.

Pareto Securities has raised MSEK 168 in equity for the newly created company. The portfolio encompasses approximately 36,000 sqm and contains 327 apartments and approximately 15,000 sqm facilities with public tenants.

Bonäsudden Holding AB will be listed on Nasdaq First North around the 23rd of June.
