In recent years, CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) has experienced significant growth in the Nordic region through technical Facility Management solutions. CBRE GWS has employed Jan Petter Skogstad as Business Development Manager in charge of sales and business development in Norway.

Jan Petter Skogstad is to further develop CBRE GWS's business potential in Norway within Facilities Management and project management. He will primarily focus on customers in the small and medium-sized business segment, where CBRE GWS has a unique market position, and will offer competitive Facility Management solutions in the field of technical maintenance of commercial buildings.

Jan Petter Skogstad is an educated sociologist from the University of Oslo and has extensive experience from several global companies, including Mercuri Urval, BASF and IKEA.
