The transaction amounts to approximately MSEK 180 and will be reported in the first quarter of 2019 in the business segment JM Utland. The proceeds will be paid during the third quarter of 2019. The acquired property is centrally located in Gulskogen, Drammen, near both Gulskogen shopping center, school and bus and train station. The sales start is scheduled for spring 2020.

"The property is in a good location in Gulskogen, within walking distance to shopping centers and good communications. An expansion of the train station with a new stop for Flytoget is now also underway, which will be good for the new homes. This acquisition is strategic and provides a good basis for several years of sales and production in Drammen," says Svein Sundby, regional manager of JM Norway region south.
