The transaction price is approximately MSEK 90. The property is located in eastern Trondheim and is part of the larger development area, Granås Øst, where 800 new homes are to be constructed.

"With this acquisition we get a good foothold in Trondheim. We are planning to start sales for JM's project at Granås Øst, Strindalia, this summer. It will be fun to get started with our first project," says Thomas Börnich, regional manager of the JM Norway region vest.
