Nordic Property News estimates the property value in these deals to €200 M.
The Swedish properties are:
· Flahult 21:34, Jönköping with 40,400 sqm DC let to Aditro Logistics.
· Ånsta 20:258, Örebro with c. 8,000 sqm CD let to DSV Road.
· Nykvarn, South of Stockholm with 36,000 sqm DC development for Aditro.
The Danish properties are:
· Egeskovvej 17B and 19 in Horsens with c. 6,800 sqm CD and 28,000 sqm DC let to DKILogistics.
· Logistikparken 1, 3, 7 and 9 in Aarhus with c. 58,500 sqm DC let to Skanlog.
· Ventrupparken 2 in Greve with c. 30,000 sqm DC let to Zebra.
Finally the Finnish assets are:
· Polarpakintie 4, Hämeenlinna with 52,300 sqm DC let to the global packaging
company Huhtamäki.
· Pirkkala, Tampere with a 17,600 sqm DC development to the Also group.

Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) has purchased six logistics properties totaling 223,500 sqm. In addition to this, 53,60 sqm are under development and due for completion on a pre-let basis during Q1 2016. All the assets are located in key logistics hubs in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
