The lease covers 2,030 square meters of office space and Visma, which offers software and services in the private and public sectors, will move in November 2022.

Construction of the Citygate is in progress. The office building will be 36 storeys, corresponding to 144 meters, and will have a total lettable area of ​​approximately 42,000 square meters. The project takes on extensive social responsibility to combat exclusion and promote employment. Activities such as collaboration with schools, homework help and mentoring are already in full swing.
