The acquisition is part of Realia Group’s growth strategy and the goal to grow its footprint in real estate management as well as to develop excellent customer experience. 

KJ-Kiinteistöjohto will be part of Realia Management, but will continue to operate separately headed by Sanna Paukku, the current CEO of the company.

KJ-Kiinteistöjohto specializes in providing expert services in asset, property and facility management. The company was founded in year 2000 by Rakennusosakeyhtiö Hartela and Tuta-Sijoitus Oy and manages today approximately 900,000 sqm. The 2014 turnover was circa €4 M euros and the company employed some 25 experts. 

Joining forces with KJ-Kiinteistöjohto supports Realia Management’s growth strategy as well as the strong focus to develop better customer experiences via knowledgeable experts.
