The seller of the item was Pontos Relog Oy.


The leasable area of the object to be purchased is approx. 5,000 m², and it was built in 2006. The logistics property is fully leased and the current tenant Schenker has been operating in the object for 10 years.


Indlog Properties Oy is currently negotiating several new properties. In addition, the company is investigating the possibilities of making acquisitions through mergers, which will enable the merger partners to diversify the portfolio even more.


As part of the growth, Indlog Properties also estimates that it will expand the shareholder base during 2024.
