Uppsala Kommuns Fastighets AB sells the Gottsunda 34: 7 property to JM. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of Gottsunda center. The property is a development site where JM intends to construct a multi-family house of about 5,700 square meters in tenant-owner's form. JM has taken over the property.
Uppsala Kommuns Fastighets AB sells the property to enable further housing construction in the Gottsunda district.
"This is part of Gottsunda's transformation and will lead to a positive development for the area as a whole. It is a welcome addition to the mix of housing in the area," says Bedo Kaplan, chairman of the board of Uppsala Kommuns Fastighets AB.
