“Through the purchase KLP Eiendom has secured one of the best hotels in Stockholm, with a very central location and a good environmental profile. The property is an important addition to our Swedish portfolio” says Gunnar Gjørtz, CEO at KLP Eiendom.

Tom Rathke, CEO at DNB: “DNB has owned the property since the construction started in 2008. This is one of Stockholm’s most environmentally friendly hotels and also one of those with top occupancy. The divestment contributes to a good result for DNB Liv’s customers. As an owner of a larger real estate portfolio it is natural to develop it through acquisitions and divestments and also take part in the profit when possible.

Pangea Property Partners advised DNB Liv.
