The purpose of the buy-back programme is to enable the Company to continuously adapt its capital requirements and thereby improve shareholder value. The repurchases will be made on the Stockholm Stock Exchange at a price within the registered share price interval on each repurchase occasion. Before launching of the buy-back programme Fabege holds 2,500,000 treasury shares corresponding to 0.76 per cent of the number of registered shares.

Fabege has started the share buy-back programme approved by the Annual General Meeting on 2 April 2020. The AGM authorised the Board for a period no later than the next AGM to acquire Fabege shares. The shares acquired may not exceed 10 per cent of the total number of outstanding Fabege shares at any time.
