In Uppsala Magnolia has signed a letter of intent with a Swedish institution for 450 rental units on the Uppsala Kungsängen 25:1 property. The final property value amounts to approximately SEK 1 billion (€ 109 M).

The construction start is preliminarily planned to Q3 2016.

In Helsingborg Magnolia has purchased building rights to 327 apartments from Skanska Sverige, who had Panreal as advisor. Skanska Sverige has then received the building contract, worth MSEK 350 (€ 38 M).

Magnolia also signed a divestment deal of the housing units to Alecta. The properties will be rental units and have a total property value at completion of approximately MSEK 550 (€ 60 M). The construction start is preliminarily planned to Q2 2016, with the first occupation during the second half of 2018.
