During the holding period, Coeli will refine the property. The property is located next to Ektorp in Nacka, only a five minute drive from Nacka Forum where the new metro will be laid. The investment is in line with the company's investment strategy and the planning work to develop the property has already begun.

The property has a lettable area of 3,845 square meters and a plot area of 7,882 square meters. The property has rental income of approximately SEK 6 million and after the acquisition, Coeli Fastighet II has total rental income of approximately SEK 16.5 million per year. The largest tenants are ICA, Jyma Bil and Nordic Wellness, which together rent about 80 percent of the property.

"We are pleased to announce the sixth and so far largest acquisition in Coeli Fastighet II. The property is in a very attractive location and we look forward to taking part in the development and elevating the area around Ektorps Centrum. We have several other exciting investments in our pipeline and hope to be able to communicate more business to the company soon," says Jakob Pettersson, portfolio manager responsible for Coeli Fastighet II AB.
