The Occupier business area is strengthening with Tom Wadegård, who will start on January 25, 2021. He will take up the position of Tenant Representation and Client Solutions, Nordics, and he will most recently come from WeWork. Tom has worked in the real estate industry for 20 years and has solid knowledge of portfolio and workplace strategies, for all sizes of companies. Anders Hansén, Head of Occupier, CBRE Sweden, comments:

"We are so happy that Tom chooses to start with us. With him in the team, we further strengthen our offering and ensure our plan to continue to grow in both the Swedish and Nordic markets. ”

Tom comments:

“I am really looking forward to starting at CBRE and the market-leading Occupier team. I want to contribute with experience on current issues around my own office vs. Flex / coworking and how companies re-define their local strategy. It will be really fun to contribute to the continued development of consulting in the business area, in the national and international market.”

CBRE also strengthens the project management team with Timo Loman, who is moving from CBRE Finland to CBRE Sweden. Timo brings with him his knowledge and experience regarding complex construction projects to expand the business in Sweden. This is part of CBRE's Nordic work, where the Nordic countries are expected to grow faster than the other European countries. The Nordic work and teams enable employees to develop and move between the Nordic countries in an efficient manner.

Patrik Kallenvret, CEO of CBRE in Sweden welcomes the new colleagues:

“I am happy and satisfied to see how both Property Management and the Occupier teams grow and gain additional strength. I am sure that both Isabella and Tom will contribute to CBRE's offering and business and our dominance in the real estate market. I also welcome Timo to CBRE in Sweden. We have more colleagues who are expected to change workplaces in the Nordic region and we also have people moving in from Asia to the Nordic countries. It is proof of how attractive CBRE in Sweden and the Nordic countries is as an employer brand. A warm welcome to CBRE, Isabella, Tom and Timo! ”
