Gustaf Benndorf has worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 5 years and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gustaf worked at JLL and Nordier Property Advisors.

Eva Sjölander will be project manager within the Occupier Services business area with a focus on relocating customers. She comes most recently from Aventi, but before that she has worked for 20 years as a project manager at Reflex Arkitekter, Ciceron Projekt and Struktur. Eva will together with Åsa Björck (Head of Project & Development Service) develop the service area even more and as the service grows towards customers deliver with internal resources.

Additional recruitments are Marcus Sjöström who strengthens the tenant team. Sjöström has a degree in property management, project management and property economics. He has previously been employed at CBRE in Gothenburg and most recently came from Newton skills development.

The leasing team also gets a new employee, Linda Rosén. During the year, the leasing team grew with Linda Persson and Ewa Hellströmer. Linda Rosén comes most recently from the private real estate industry and has also run her own office. Linda has worked as a real estate agent since 2011 and has very good knowledge in real estate and customer relations.
