Access is expected to take place on 31 August 2021, provided that the terms of the agreement are met. The properties are located in attractive locations in Malmö, and there is great potential to develop the apartments.

With the acquisition of the properties in this purchase, SBF Bostad AB will have a property value amounting to just over SEK 2.5 billion. The company will then own properties in Borgholm, Borås, Huskvarna, Hörby, Kalmar, Karlskrona, Laholm, Malmö, Osby, Skellefteå, Skövde, Staffanstorp, Trelleborg, Ystad and Åstorp. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 128,000 square meters.
