On June 17, 2021, ALM Equity issued unsecured corporate bonds of SEK 1,000 million within a framework of a total of SEK 1,250 million. The bonds have a maturity of 5 years and a variable interest rate corresponding to 6.50 percent over 3-month STIBOR.

According to the bond terms, the company has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm and the company has in this connection prepared a listing prospectus that has been approved by Finansinspektionen.An application for admission to trading has been submitted and the first day for trading is expected to be around 27 July 2021.
