The asset has a strategic location in Kobbervikdalen in Drammen, just a minute from E18 and a few minutes from Drammen center. The port of Drammen, which is the larges port for car deliveries, is also located nearby.

The seller and developers are Eidra AS (previously Drammen kommune eiendomsutvikling AS) and Eneo Eiendom AS.
