The office building will contain offices, a restaurant with a commercial kitchen, a cinema and a small concert hall. The total surface will be about 10,000 sqm on six floors.

The project is a turnkey contract in strategic partnering. Construction has begun and occupation is planned for December 2023. 

The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2022.
