Policy Rate Raised by 1 percentage point in Sweden: "Construction Will Decrease"

The Executive Board at the Swedish Riksbank has decided to raise the policy rate by 1 percentage point to 1.75 percent – a blow to many real estate companies. The Governor of Sveriges Riksbank, Stefan Ingves, comments on the decision.
